Trade Only<\/span><\/b> \u2013 We are a trade only website.  We do\nnot sell or supply to the general public. When registering your details, we\nwill make the necessary checks to ensure you are a genuine trade customer only.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

    1. We accept Card payments on our website, all major credit and debit\n cards including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro via the use of either\n SnapScan or PayFast. We also support instant EFT as a form of payment. The\n total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you\n place your order whether the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to adjust\n the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers\u2019 prices, or the\n imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the\n price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

      All prices on our website are displayed exclusive of V.A.T. and\nincluding V.A.T. and exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as\nindicated at the time of placing your order.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      1.1.<\/span><\/b> If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item\non our website we hold the right not to supply that item at the price stated.\nIf the circumstance does occur we will contact you to notify you of the error\nand inform you of the correct price therefore you can decide whether you want\nthe item at the correct price.       1.5.<\/span><\/b> If there are any changes to the details you\nhave provided us with, then it is your responsibility to inform Afrilektec<\/b>.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      1.6.<\/span><\/b> All purchases made with Afrilektec<\/b> are\nnon-transferable.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      1.7.<\/span><\/b> We reserve the right to vary or terminate the\noperation of any promotion at any time without notice.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      Typographical Errors<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      1.8.<\/span><\/b> In the event a product is listed at an\nincorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from\nour suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or\ncancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has\nbeen confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we\nsubsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your\ncredit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery\ncharges).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        1. Delivery and Customs<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

          3.0.<\/span><\/b> The time and date given for delivery is an\napproximate from judging from what information the couriers have given to us.\nGoods will be dispatched to you at your delivery address given by you in your\norder (billing address) and stated in the order Confirmation before 4.30 pm of\nthat following day.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          3.1.<\/span><\/b> We hold no responsibility or liability for\nany delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the\nextent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          3.2.<\/span><\/b> For deliveries outside of South Africa, you\nmay have to pay import duties and taxes, which is to be paid once the order\nreaches your country. You as a customer are responsible for any of these\ncharges. Customs charges and regulations vary from country to country. Please\ncontact your local customs office for more information. Not knowing the import\nduties or charges is not a viable reason to cancel an order.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          3.3.<\/span><\/b> We use a number of third party couriers to\ndispatch our goods with, any loss of product or shipment from our website must\nbe reported to us.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          3.4.<\/span><\/b> For deliveries before a Bank Holiday, we\nrecommend that you place your order in advance. We from our end will dispatch\nas fast as possible, however we cannot guarantee the delivery on time as your\nlocal post office or courier may be delayed.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          1. Returns, Refunds & Losses<\/span><\/b><\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>

            4.0.<\/span><\/b> We can only accept the return of items if\nthey are faulty or were supplied in error.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.1.<\/span><\/b> Please email first to sales@Afrilektec.co.za\nrequesting a refund or replacement and a return request\/refund reference number\nwill be issued to you.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.2.<\/span><\/b> You may return the item to us if the item is\ndefected or supplied in error by us.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.3.<\/span><\/b> You will not be able to return any products\nwhich have been tampered with, i.e. opened or any seals or wrapping are not\nintact.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.4.<\/span><\/b> Please be aware that you are responsible for\nany delivery charge on the items you return, and the loss or damage to the\ngoods you are sending back to us. We recommend that you use recorded delivery.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.5.<\/span><\/b> We can only refund delivery charges or accept\nthe return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.6.<\/span><\/b> If you have taken delivery of a package and\nit or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us\nwithin 7 working days of receipt for exchange.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.7.<\/span><\/b> You have the right to return any faulty goods\nwithin 7 days of receipt. For any replacement you wish to make, you must send\nus the faulty goods back within the 14 day period.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            4.8.<\/span><\/b> If an item is returned in full working order\nwe retain the right to send it back to the buyer at their expense.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
